India's healthcare industry meets from 5 - 7 March in Mumbai
The 26th edition of Medical Fair India 2020 will be launched from 5 to 7 March at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. It is India's leading healthcare exhibition, conference and business platform. As part of the MEDICAlliance family of medical fairs, it is organised by Messe Düsseldorf India in cooperation with the team of the world's largest medical fair MEDICA.
The omens could not be better. Because MEDICAL FAIR INDIA takes place against the background of a remarkable growth of the Indian health industry over the last two decades. Under the pioneering vision of Mr. Rajiv Nath, Founder, AIMED, he is the voice representing the interest of over 700 Manufacturers of Medical Devices to promote global harmonization and respect for the Indian Device Industry.
Ms. Veena Kohli, President, Association of Diagnostics Manufacturers of India continues to lead the Clinlab conference. The conference will cover topics on In- Vitro Diagnostic, Laboratory medicine, Point of Care Testing, Molecular Medical Diagnostics and Clinical Chemistry.

The VOH 5th International Healthcare Conference at Medical Fair India is an important date on the national healthcare calendar. This year, the theme is ‘SYNERGY, IDEA, COLLABORATION: UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF INDIAN HEALTHCARE’. The overarching objective is to mobilize key stakeholders from both public and private sectors – along with their strengths and innovations – on a common platform that can highlight best-ways forward for everyone who holds a stake in the space.

The three-day event will attract all the categories of stakeholders in this segment. The “Smart Hospitals” platform is created as a new entity this year. The objective is to help the Small and Mid-sized Hospital Owners to rethink their business models, create new opportunities by evolving newer smart ways of delivering healthcare. The intent was to bridge an existing gap as medical conferences hardly ever touch the business side of healthcare. Managers diving in from non-healthcare domain have not understood as to how healthcare should be practiced and delivered. It is high time doctors and doctor managers take charge of this business side.
The 26th edition will also witness a celebration of individuals and organizations at 10th Medgate Today awards on 5th March, 2020. This year awards will felicitate the medical industry stalwarts in recognition to their contribution to the Indian Medical Industry.
